webb.co.in acts only as an Insurance Agent / POS / Intermediary for health insurance products offered by insurance companies registered with the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI).
Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation.

Underwrite insurance risk
Issue insurance policies
Decide premiums, coverage, or claims
All insurance contracts are between the customer and the respective insurance company.
2. Eligibility
Users must:

Be legally competent to enter into a contract
Provide accurate and complete information
Health insurance for minors is processed only through parents or legal guardians.
3. User Responsibilities
The user agrees to:

Safeguard login credentials and confidential information
Any incorrect or non-disclosed information may lead to policy cancellation or claim rejection, as per insurer rules.
4. Policy Issuance & Acceptance
Policy issuance is subject to insurer underwriting guidelines
The insurer has sole discretion to accept or reject proposals
Premiums, benefits, exclusions, and waiting periods are governed by the policy document issued by the insurer

5. Claims Assistance
webb.co.in may assist in coordinating claims; however:
Claim approval or rejection is solely decided by the insurer or TPA
Cashless approval depends on insurer network hospitals and eligibility
webb.co.in does not guarantee claim settlement
6. Fees & Payments
Insurance premiums are payable directly to the insurance company
webb.co.in does not collect premiums unless expressly authorized
Any service charges, if applicable, will be communicated in advance
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Policy cancellation and refunds are governed by insurer terms
Free-look period conditions apply as per policy wording
webb.co.in shall not be liable for delays or deductions made by insurers
8. Data Privacy & Confidentiality
User information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Sensitive personal and medical data is collected only with consent and for insurance purposes.
9. Third-Party Services

10. Limitation of Liability
